1. Right of Revocation (14‑Day Withdrawal Right — EU Law)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Hobby Pop Ltd. via a clear statement (email is sufficient). Customers may use the standard EU withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Condition of Returned Goods
Customers may inspect goods to determine their nature and functioning. However, they are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
For Trading Card products (including sealed booster boxes, sealed packs, and single trading cards), the right of withdrawal applies only if the items are returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition, as opening such products significantly affects their value.
Refunds Under the Right of Revocation
Hobby Pop Ltd. will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. Reimbursement may be delayed until the goods are received back or until proof of return is provided.
Return Shipping (Revocation)
Customers must return goods within 14 days of notifying us. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Manufacturer Defects
If sealed booster boxes or packs contain manufacturer defects (e.g., misprints, glue issues, print damage), customers should contact the game’s manufacturer directly. Hobby Pop Ltd. is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
2. Store Return Policy (Beyond Legal Requirements)
In addition to the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal, Hobby Pop Ltd. offers the following store return policy:
30‑Day Returns for Accessories and Non‑TCG Items
Accessories and non‑TCG products may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Fair Use Limits
To prevent abuse, the following limits apply:
- Up to 6 items may be returned under this extended store policy.
- Maximum lifetime return value: €150 (including VAT) per customer.
- One use per household/address.
- Returns exceeding these limits may be refused at our discretion.
Acceptance of a return beyond these limits does not set a precedent for future cases.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. If items do not meet these requirements, the return may be refused.
Our Errors
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the return address provided after your return request is approved. We do not accept packages sent back without prior approval.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
